Keep in mind the distances between legs on 3 legged and 4 legged towers are from different points. The leg spread (from leg to leg) of a 3 legged tower is always going to be greater than that form a 4 legged tower even if the base is the same.

If by eolians you mean blades, yes, the blades of any 10 foot Aermotor windmill will fit on your windmill. Sometimes the blades are called sails.

It also looks like a check valve (threads on the top). But yes, it should have a leather on it.
