If you're good at fabrication you can make your own stub tower. I took and made a pattern off a Aermoter tower for the top where it fits together and my brother notched it out and it worked. When you make your V arms what you can do is thread the ends a little deeper and use two nuts one under the outer wheel ring and then the one on top so you don't have to try to make the nub the wheel ring sits on.

Welcome to the forum Kevin. If you're only going to enjoy watching your mill spin you don't need to put the large gears in the gear box.

At first I thought maybe they somehow forgot to put the oil collector in place. But now you say it won't go in it sounds like they didn't forget they just didn't CARE.
