Bucyrus Erie made a lot of different construction equipment. The one they are most famous for is the BIG MUSKIE drag line used for excavation of coal. It's massive bucket is on display in Ohio and was a whopping 220 yd bucket about the size of 11 triaxle dump trucks. The largest ever built !!!

Most of the manufacturers of windmills designed their mills so when you pulled down on your furl lever or crank handle you pulled your tailvane out of the wind or parallel to the wheel. Just recently found out that Fairbanks Morse not only supplied the RR water for the steam engines with the eclipse mills but also made coal silos and supplied them with coal for the tenders. Pretty dang smart!!
