Thank for that information. I live about 30 minutes from San Antonio. I am searching for a nice Aeromotor windmill for my property, but am finding that people like to hang on to them. There are many around here (Texas) that are just rotting away!

This is the windmill vane that I was inquiring about. The text is faded away. but you can make out "Samsco" and a star on both sides.

Well that would certainly make sense as to why I couldn’t find info on it. Would you know a ballpark estimated value on this without bullet holes, not bent up, but with very faded stenciling? Complete assembly with vane still attached to arm.

Samsco windmill tail
I ran across a windmill tail that looks as if it was off a Samsco Windmill. The text is faded but you can read “Samsco” with a large star on both sides. I am not able to find too much information on this company, but did find that it was out of San Antonio, Texas. I would be grateful is someone can ...
