I can’t say for sure the only one I ever saw was in pieces and I didn’t know what I was looking at at the time. I’ve got a parts list somewhere I think I can look at that if I can find it.

Excellent work & great pics!!! The Parish is an interesting mill with some outside the box design. I wonder when I see them if Parish would have come up with a halfway cover of sorts for the back would the sprockets & chain had an easier life with a little rain break or dust shield.

If you do this do not use stainless as the anode or the cathode. Under the right circumstances some say it’s possible to create hexavalent chromium which is bad stuff.

Bryan that’s what I was wondering. Best I can see is when the tell flips on its side the brake is applied. I think they all had a side sail to assist in the turning out of the wind. It would be very interesting to see a video of one of these doing it’s thing.

Mmcapher ( the OP ) I apologize for my ramblings I may have derailed your thread a little sorry I have a wondering attention deficit mind. I did enjoy the conversation plenty and I think your mill is way cool.

Windy I have to ask what is your method to remember the solution? If it’s proprietary information I understand
