Is it a single blade or a wheel?

We have a tipping tower and open gear Aermotor. We also know of 3 more still standing in the field. None of these have the open gear Aermotor on them. Here's pics of a couple of them. We're hoping to buy these but owners aren't willing to sell right now. 1-P2060152b.jpg 1-P2060169.jpg Les & Linda

Terry Rodman, host of the tradefair, is having an auction on Friday, June 14. He'll be selling some really neat stuff you can't live without. If you weren't planning on going, here's a good incentive to come, have a great time, and get some cool new windmill stuff.

Here's some pics of the Aermotor. There's a little modification, some welds, and lots of grease. You guys tell me what model it is. Came from a small collection. Wayne, if we had the trade fair at our place, it would have to cover a few months, not just a few days. :lol: P5131444.JPG P5131442.JPG ...

Les & I hauled some mills home, complete with towers: 8.5' Eli, Challenge Steel, IXL, Currie-open gear, and an open gear Aermotor on a tipping tower. A fun couple of days.

Les & I helped take down this beautiful Monitor mill. I happened to notice the date inscribed in the concrete around the well - Nov. 9 1923. 100 years old today and still in great condition.
