I was thinking a wedge from a Dempster tail bone, but they don't look quite the same (and I checked the one I have and there's no markings that I can see).

Well, I'm going to call it done for now. Have gone as far as I can until I get a tail bone & vane and some blade arms.

Got a lot done today.
The pitman pins had a pretty good step worn in them. It looked like they are pressed in and peened, so I ground the peened side flush, pressed the old ones out, turned some new ones, pressed them in and peened them.
Made a new vane hinge pin.
