Okay, I made plugs for the holes in the front side of the wheel spokes. Then I silver soldier them in place. Then, I moved the holes 7/16 of an inch toward the outer end of the spoke. This pulled the outer edge of the wheel away from tower about an inch and a half. It works fine now. NOW, before you...
