Thanks guys!!!! Stuff is starting to make more sense now!!!!! My tower is definitely missing the stormstay I seen the holes in the tower where it once was. I’m guessing they don’t have any bearings in them maybe just metal on metal where where the pipe goes threw it?

I guess my question is dose it change from a chain to cable somewhere in the top? And is there a swivel somewhere also?

Yes that is the part I’m sure of it could you possibly post some measurements of the Dimensions of it so I can possibly fabricate one? Also do you know how the chain that fastens to the tail runs threw the pullys gets down threw the top of the tower?

Well I guess it only cost 2.25 back in the day hopefully I can find some length measurements so I can fabricate one I’m guessing it would be about impossible to find a original
