Im restoring an old wood Baker Monitor . Having trouble getting 55-60 degree angle on blades that appear to be the angle the original are on. is there going to be much difference if I do a 45 degree angel? or any suggestions on how to do the 55-60 degree angle?

I have a Flint and Walling for sale it is a major project or for parts . I do not know much about them . I know more about Baker Monitors. I'm restoring a Baker monitor L that was my great uncles at one time he collected windmills . Would be interested in any info that any one has on this windmill?
