There is a wireless IP service that has towers that ring around Denver. They are not identical but I think the one you are thinking of has a large wooden platform with railing that has a windmill and multiple microwave dishes?

I looked at the pics again and picked up something I missed the first time. There appears to be in the lower level concrete at grade the end of a barrel? Not sure why but could be a dug well under or a well that had a pit and was filled around? Just be careful of that. Never saw anything like that a...

New spokes whether aermotor or after market
are going to have a different looking brace and not be timed. If your existing spokes are chicago era, you, you want to find two good vintage Chicago spokes
