I don’t recall the resistance numbers offhand. If you’re reading 1V then at least the windings have continuity and that’s from the residual magnetism. You probably just need a little more speed for it to start self exciting. It also looks like a newer model, 1970s era. There’s a great article on th...

Diag Ancient Windcharger 32 volt 1500 watt

Hi. I want to confirm that an old Windcharger works, but I don't have 32 volts handy. Would anybody know what the resistance should be on the windings?
Spinning with a low speed drill gives less then 1 volt. Thanks.
