All of the parts & pieces you extracted the the motor appear to be in great shape ! As Windy stated you need most of that stuff inside to lube the bearings , or , it aint goin a last very long ! ! ! !

Jar , ask too much , accept too little , there is no set price for a windmill , too many veriables , such as location , brand , condition, completeness , how badly do i want it , how badly do i want to get rid of it , and the list goes on .
