Possibly a "Blue Star" pump. They were in Galva, IL. I am not sure if they had their own foundry or private labeled someone else's pumps. I have one of their catalogs and I remember thinking they looked real similar to the Flint & Walling pumps. I have never seen a F&W pump with th...

Welcome to the board! That is a direct stroke Butler Oilomatic. It is missing the upper bearing cap, front cover, and the oiler chain. Also looks like the tail vane castings are all missing as well.
