Sadly, there was one lady in Stinette that was found in her burned out basement, I guess another person was killed while trying to flee when they collided with a fire truck but am not sure if that officially would be a fire death but then again it probably wouldn't have happened without a fire. I hope everyone remembers our friends there in thought and prayer, they evacuated the town. I think the worst is up near Gage but its bad for a lot of ranchers and farmsteads. Pretty bad wild fire day.

I love black walnuts but never realized how toxic they were, I had some drying on a cement slab one year and it rained, some kittens were licking the black water up like it was candy, I didn't think anything about it but pretty soon they were stumbling around like they were drunk. I know Shwerwin Williams can mix the 1910 Santa Fe depot colors from the RR paperwork. With the old oxidated paint it didn't look like my chips but nobody is alive to tell my any different.

I have another Norse tin can of coal oil that my grandparents would put on chickens, that is the only other time I have seen the name. I wonder if it was made during the war as oil in glass jugs don't seem like a good idea unless they were trying to conserve metal?

This was give to me by a family friend, I don't know if I ever saw windmill oil in glass jugs?
