Mike Neat pump. There are a ton of Aermotor windmills in my area but I have never seen a Aermotor pump under one. Thanks for posting.

I have seen several tools similar over the years but I have never heard them called windmill pliers.

Thanks to all who posted pictures and information on these. Can't say I have ever seen a big mill or a power mill in person. There were a lot of things in my back yard so to speak that I never knew about.

We have a Aermotor on one of our farms that was put up in the 20's that you can still read the lumber yards name and town it was sold in on the towers legs. Its on the inside of the legs so its some what protected. It must of been some good paint back then.

Jerry thanks for posting. Its neat to see some more signs. Flee marketing estate sales and garage sale season is just around the corner. Hope to find some windmill stuff this season.
