Welcome aboard. A #12 is a lot more common than a #8. Easier to find parts for the 8’ #12 as opposed #8.

I noted a fellow in Weatherford, TX (near Ft Worth) selling a complete 10’ wheel and a vane on Craig’s List. Possibly a Samson. I know nothing else of it.
