How in the name of Sam Hill do you get these off?

If it was me, I would sandblast the threads to get them clean and then add some 3-in-1 oil or PB Blaster. You should go as easy as you can with the sandblaster to minimize the effect on the galvanized parts, possibly wrap some duct tape around the exposed area.

That's the first Dempster I can think of I've seen with galvanizing after bolted. Usually it's galvanized, then bolted. I think that's a better way, but I also think 4 legged towers are better than 3 . Lol (the age old argument)

Use a grinder. You are not going to re-use them most likely. Gee, what size wrench fits on that, anyway!
Call Dan Benjamin for parts. P M me for the phone number.

I bought a long neck grinder that uses the 3 inch cut off wheels at Harbor Freight. I really like it for cutting off rivet head to remove blades. It is easier to control than the ones with the 90 degree wheels the wheel lays flat. It's about a foot long so you can get into hard to reach spots.

Air chisel, grinder. No need in saving those fasteners. Just get some new ones.
