Nice, even got the flipper. It it all there? Hard to tell, it looked like its flipped over. Dan's got a flipped flipper, LOL.

Mister Ed my flipper is now flipped over the way it's supposed to be flipped. Yes it's all complete i don't think the mill had much use the bearings are in good shape just needs a good cleaning.

Nice! For some reason I like the early ones. Better caked with grease (dried up oil) than all rusty or nothing but dust inside.

Ed i like the early mills too especially the open gear mills i have more of them than oil bath mills

Finally finished cleaning and putting back together this very early 602. I've never seen one in this good of condition the bearings are like brand new i had to hammer the pitman arms off they were so tight and I'm almost sure they're original.

Nice find Dan. Did you have to take it down, or was the mill in storage (maybe for a long time)?

Did it come with any sheet metal?

Paul the windmill was down the guy I bought it from didn't know how long it was down or where the wheel and tailvane were.But i did get the nice three legg tower
