Hi Wayne -
Dan B actually sent the parts in to be cast (he had a set of originals). I'm not sure, but I suspect he is using Tomahawk Foundry in WI.

Ed, i pour split bearings about the same way. seems like a lot of work, but it beats any other way. I've tried several. Always come back to that.
