New to the group Parkhill Ontario near London. Just purchased a home here. It has a windmill in the back yard.
Previous owner deactivated it with vice grips preventing it from spinning, It was spitting oil caused by water getting in and floating oil that got ejected.
I only believe it is a Beatty, has 18 blades 2colored green and outside edge yellow 27ft tower. Does this sound like a Beatty? It is for decorative purposes only and want to make it operational for esthetic purposes.
Any thoughts on this subject? Are there service/repair techs in this area that you know of?
Any information would be of interest.
Thanks
Jim

Dang Peter, your brother in law or brother(?) is serious about never milking cows again. Stalls, gutter cleaner, and miking equipment - all gone.

Tell me that if the barn is shut for a long period of time, that when you open the door you can still smell iodine, silage and bovine masticated & processed chlorophyll...

So that used to be a ___ stall barn and how many Beatty barn will it be??
