What are they?

Have a part you can't identify? Did your parts get mixed up in the shop? Curious if that chunk of metal is a part you should keep? Not sure what kind of windmill or tower you have? Post photos of the mystery object here for the community to help identify.

What are they?

Post by Gregg »

Ran across these two mills yesterday. Mill 1 is a Eclipse clone with N 240 AIL on the main frame, do not know what one. Second mill, has a casting number of L32 on a part. Help? Thanks!

In the Spring 2001 Windmiller Gazette has the parts list for all of the Eclipse knock offs.
The F&W Leader has a A1L part number on a10ft main frame.
the US wind engine has a turn table listed as a N 240 for a 10 ft mill. Nothing on the main frame.
Did you get the mills?

I have found maybe 3 AIL F&W Eclipse heads but none had a part number like that, just the AIL, I thought that looked a little beefier than a FM.
