Aermotor hand well pump

Have a part you can't identify? Did your parts get mixed up in the shop? Curious if that chunk of metal is a part you should keep? Not sure what kind of windmill or tower you have? Post photos of the mystery object here for the community to help identify.

Aermotor hand well pump

Back some time ago someone on this site inquired about parts #'s for Aermotor pumps. Attached is a picture that might help. All the numbers have a P prefix. Why a P you might ask, Aermotor was pretty practical so it most likely was for 'pump'. I do have more Aermotor pump info if anyone is interested. As long as I'm talking Aermotor pumps I do plan on bringing one to the Trade Fair which will be for sale.
