Wheel identification

Have a part you can't identify? Did your parts get mixed up in the shop? Curious if that chunk of metal is a part you should keep? Not sure what kind of windmill or tower you have? Post photos of the mystery object here for the community to help identify.

Came across this wheel on Facebook. What mill did this come from?

Sure looks like they've been shortened. I've 2 complete Dandy fans and they're not short like this one.

The sails have been 'customized'. Probably too close to a tree. lol don't trim the tree, trim the wheel haha.

It's a Challenge alright. Don't know if I would call it a Dandy though. Challenge had many steel mills around the same time. Could be an Xray. Or anyone of several.
Call Dan Benjamin for parts. P M me for the phone number.

For sure that is a Dandy hub. I came as the regular Dandy or the irrigater Dandy.

Somebody sure went to a lot of trouble to shorten the blades. Even rounded the corners. I can't imagine doing that while in the air. Yeah the Dandy long snot and brake hub are easy to spot.
