Can anybody tell me what this windmill is? The case has ZERO OIL and Patent applied cast into it, the hubs are 3650 & 3651?

Looks like a Challenge to me too. I have had a lot of Challenge mills But never one with Zero Oil

Maybe it is telling you not to be oiling the outside of the hub right there? If you oiled there it would be a catch spot for dirt to build up maybe is there thought.

I don't know what Zero actually means but it is brand name that infers that the oil will flow at Zero degrees.
