Homebrew Artsy Mystery Machine?

Have a part you can't identify? Did your parts get mixed up in the shop? Curious if that chunk of metal is a part you should keep? Not sure what kind of windmill or tower you have? Post photos of the mystery object here for the community to help identify.

Homebrew Artsy Mystery Machine?

On Facebook windmill Restoration Group, someone inquired as to worth of "windmill" that came with their property.

Doesn't look like anything I'm familiar with: wheel like a water pumper, but set up to make electricity, with an artsy-cutesy "feather" tail vane.

I'm stumped, any ideas? lol :-)

I think it was built to be a Wincharger. Looks kinda like some I've seen in the Windcharger thread. You might post it in that thread and Mike down in Austin could tell you if it is a true Windcharger.

Does appear to be homemade. Can you get some close up pics? Maybe it’s a hybrid.
