While looking at a thread in Smokstak someone posted this picture of a Macleod Engine built in Canada. There is nothing in my engine books about it. Was wondering if anyone up North had seen one. Question for our Canadian Friends

Macloeds put their name on all kinds of stuff. I have one of those engines I believe it to be a Hercules. They even sold the paris dunn wind charger under their own name

Re: Question for our Canadian Friends
Macleod`s was a hardware outlet similar to Ace is now. They sold pretty most articles
anyone needed They would rescreen storm doors, windows Etc.,re place window glass. They no longer exist.
Run out of business by the big box stores. Most towns had an outlet that are now missed.
