Question for Paul or anyone else

In the windmill literature section, I see open attachments, they show how many times they have been viewed so I assume they have been downloaded? I can't seem to open them as an attachment but I can open in another window but they are the same size. Am I missing something? Most images or documents in the regular forums I can download and blow up for detail. I am not a computer guy at all but when I try to print them like they are on the page, in a typewriter sheet they just come out as a postage stamp sized image? I am sure I am just not doing this right so if anyone can give me some advice I would appreciate it. Thanks

For each document, I have placed a small thumbnail image of the first page of the document in the message body. This is an image only so that you'll have an idea of document contents. The link for the document is below the image and is typically a PDF. Hope this makes sense?
