Awhile back I figured if it ever came to last windmill man standing, I would buy up certain things and one of those was repour jigs. I have repour jigs from AJ Wodack, the Plainsman and Randy Stubbs, Big Country, It is hard to measure a repoured arm ID of babbit but in measuring a lot this seems to be a good average

6' mandrel 1.060 6' babbit ID 1.063
8' mandrel 1.372 8' babbit ID 1.375

Whatever happen to Big Country?
Gateway Realty to Coldwell Banker Realty North Platte NE. He is eating good and not climbing towers by appearances.

Political career was somewhat short sighted being a Democrat candidate for school board in Nebraska

Kenneth, look at " what I learned today " September 2020.
I posted a couple of photos of the "mandrel " I used , a socket bolted inside the pitman arm . The center carrier bearings I used a pipe with washers on each end.
Parchment paper wrapped was good clearance.
A702 is up and running , amazed how quiet it is !

Almost forgot, I have some Babbitt left over and a couple of pouring ladles if you need them.
Or bring them over and we can pour your bearings
