Is there a way to use sail size or length to determine what size wheel it was made to fit?

About 29” blade length is for a 8’ wheel. 36” blade length for a 10’.

A cautionary note to this is that some companies (Fairbury being an example) used the same blades for their 8 foot and 10 foot windmills. The difference was that the 8 foot size and 3 blades per section, the 10 foot had 4 blades per section.
