F&W Star 37 Series Number/date of manufacture question

I am interested in trying to determine the year (or approximate time frame) that my 8’ Flint & Walling Star 37 mill was manufactured. To that end I’ve attached two images.

One is of the tag off the bonnet on my model 37. It references “Series No. 8-3”.

The other image is a cropping of a Flint & Walling repair list. It references four sets of series umbers, 81, 82, 83, and 84. I am assuming the “8-3” on my mill’s tag is the 83 series.

Is there any way to determine the dates of manufacture for each of the series numbers, or specifically the 83 series? (I would also be curious as to what the differences were between each of the series.)
