Aermotor spokes, what does "timeable" mean?

I need to buy some spokes for rebuilding an Aermotor 6 ft 702. I see "timeable" spokes offered and have no idea what that means. Are there two types of spokes for this mill? My hub has the threaded sockets for the spokes. Thanks for any info.

The original aermotor spokes are threaded to fit the hub so when fully tightened the cross brace that bolts to the inner ring (band)lines up with the ring. Sometimes when using replacement spokes they fully seat before the cross brace is aligned with the band requiring either to twist the spoke into position of not to tighten it fully. Timable spokes have a cross brace that is not fixed to the spoke it can turn to allow the spoke to line up with inner ring.

Thank you Smax, looking at a parts diagram, that makes perfect sense. Raz
