Monitor L on wood tower

I fixed this up for a guy about 3 years ago. He is moving to town and wants to sell it. He’s asking $$2900 will consider offers. The windmill is in Wayne Nebraska.
He built the tower and painted the wheel himself. The wheel is new cypress. It has a new main shaft, bushings, pipe, pivot and gov. rods. All wheel castings were fixed. At the moment it has no crank plate(if you look close at the pictures it has a steel bushing in place of the crank plate), pitman, rocker, or pump rod. He didn’t want to spend the extra money to have these parts fixed(he said it works fine with out them). I would leave these parts off anyway no real need to have them if it’s a yard ornament. It also has none of the pull out parts but they can be added easy enough. The tower currently just has a pipe mounted in it and the head is just sitting in the pipe(he built it that way not my design), so no tower castings. I welded a big washer on the bottom of the frame to sit on. I often do this for other types of tower cap set ups as well. Anyway, just add the pull out parts and you would have real good head. I can’t remember for sure but I think I had the spokes and the football angle galvanized. Questions or interest send me a message.
