Baker pump spout

Looking for a baker pump spout. Heres some pics of what i have. Also, anyone have any literature on this or know what the digits mean?

I might have one. I have several of those. In fact, they still make them new. Do you want a plain spout, or a off-on spigot?

Second thought, a spigot would be prefered, but a plain spout will work.

Dug one out today. Here's the pump, and the spigot by itself. Has a 3 1/2 inch C to C bolt pattern.

It is froze, like they all are. I'm not messing with it. You can. Pretty sure it's stuck open though. I used to mess with them, but not much anymore. You need large onions to take these apart. I've never found a easy way.
