Re: Windmill Oil Can Pictures
Not being very knowledgeable about this, what differentiates windmill oil from other types of oil, such as machine or motor oil?
thanks,

Re: Windmill Oil Can Pictures
Many windmill companies recomended very light, or zero weight oil. Some even non-detergent oil. Oil must run freely in the winter when cold. Not only to the parts being oiled, but to run back to the case through returns. Non - detergent oil drops the dirt out, detergent holds it in for a filter to remove. That's why most companies said to drain the oil, and flush with (kerosene) then refill once a year.
Call Dan Benjamin for parts. P M me for the phone number. IF YOU TALK TO HIM, AND HE HELPS YOU, THEN BUY FROM HIM. IT CREATES GOOD KARMA.

I'd be wondering about the Neptune Heavy lubricating oil!
Re: Windmill Oil Can Pictures
Here is a full one I found awhile ago. Sounds very low viscosity when I shake it.
