this is a pic of a early 602 someone sent me I noticed it has u.s.a on the casting. between me and my brother we have four early 602s and none have USA on them. Has anyone seen this on a early 602.

Looked at my oil flipper B602 case and no USA.

I guess it depends on what you are calling early. I just looked at 4 oil flipper cases and none have USA (one is a 1916 as stamped on the original shaft, unknown years on the others). Looking at my other date able cases, It appears anything from at least 1925 forward everything had USA. I don't have anything else with legible dates from the end of flippers (what 1918 or so?) to the 1925 date mentioned.
