Stover model M
Stover model M
Does anyone have a color photo of this model or know the original color?
Re: Stover model M
Something other than John Deere Green seemed to be a color they liked.

Re: Stover model M
I mixed Hunter green and John Deere green on my Stover
Re: Stover model M
Think black was the determination for most Stover mills, but the airflow was green. Seems that is what I recall from a prior thread on here.

Did they use the color black on their open gear models too?

Re: Stover model M
I'm guessing the weight oil they recommend.
Re: Stover model M
I've seen that on an old grain drill I rebuilt. Use zero weight oil, means light oil.

Sometimes if you wet it down with water, you can see the lettering better.
