2022 Lamar Trade Fair - Day 2

Day 2 photos
I am not consistent at taking photos. I was busy bidding at the auction and visiting with folks at the evening dinner, so did not get any photos of those events. If anyone captured those events, please add a few photos to this post.

Day 2 events included a calf branding demonstration (very impressive), visit to the family homestead and cemetery, big BBQ lunch at the main house followed by socializing and time spent viewing the impressive windmill collection, afternoon boneyard auction, and evening cowboy dinner prepared by the ranch hands (chicken fried steak, mashed potatoes and green beans) followed by home made ice cream.

Quite a full day.
