Aermotor regulator

A wonderful find at Lamar was this Aermotor regulator .
But , I have no idea how to install this set-up ??
I looked in the section documents & litature and found nothing related to regulators ,
Does anyone have any photos or litature on how to hook this up ?

I get orenitation now, should be horizontal not verticle as i have it standing now .

What did Aermotor use for a float? I got 3 of them I got from Henry Nelson years ago and he thought I could make one out of the pile, I would like to get one going as well. I always wondered if they had more than one pattern and what year they were introduced?
