Baker monitor windmill

The tower is on ground the bearings are exposed. how do I repair this problem. Help

You Should lift the head, and reset the balls and spacers. If the turntable drags on itself, then new balls are needed. 5/8 balls for an 8 ft mill, 1/2 in for 6 ft mills. After resetting them, put a wedge (of sorts) under the stormstay between the neckpipe (pumprod) guide and the bottom of the storm stay. it takes VERY LITTLE to upset those bearings.
