Tower height opinions?

Post by mattshup »

Soon I am going to be starting my windmill build in my yard. 8 foot aermotor head and either a 27 ft or 33 ft tower. Which one would you guys prefer?

I have mixed thoughts about both, the 27 foot might get lost in the rest of the buildings, the 33 foot might overpower everything else in the area. Decisions Decisions. :?

If you are putting up a windmill you want it to catch the eye and turn heads. Yes I like the 33 also.

Good job . Some times do you just go out and listen to the different "songs " they sing while spinning ?

Oh yeah, The trees are getting bigger and I have to move my chair on the patio so I can sit and enjoy a cold beer while watching to see them both
