Any recommendations on repairing this snout nose on A702 Aermotor? Thanks.

Weld it, or leave it. I don't know what harm could be done by leaving it. Maybe Ron knows something.

Could cause oil to leak out of the hub. Nickel weld and grind down to match the rest of the snout OR you could use your epoxy of choice (not a support piece) and form it to match the rest of the snout. This will keep the oil in the area where it can be scraped off the inside of the hub and placed back into the gear box.

Fixing the outside ring will be good practice for fixing the important one, the one between the oil collector and the case. It is worn badly on the top so is out or round. When fixing the outside one, make sure the face is flat.
