Flint and Walling mill for sale project or parts

I have a Flint and Walling for sale it is a major project or for parts . I do not know much about them . I know more about Baker Monitors. This Mill has a 40 tower tower is in good shape .Top 20 foot section is together and straight . What size is the wheel? Is it a star 24?
