Jerry once again thank you for all the research you found. Much Appreciated, one of the main things i was hoping to find is if they ever made a solid wheel windmill. From what i could find is they only made a sectional mill. I know A.J.Corcorin was affiliated with them before manufacturing the Corcoran windmill.I plan on visiting the Syracuse area this spring where the Empire windmill co was. Once again Thanks

Here's what little I have on file on Emery Mills. The copy of the patent I have is a very poor copy, so what you see here is as good as I can do.
