Thought I’d share a few pics of early wind electric signs I’ve seen over the years. Please post pics of ones you own or have come across.

That Winpower sign is new enough to have zip code, so it must be from the 1970s when they were considering (and maybe doing) reintroducing wind turbines. I came across a letter and/or brochure from Winpower from the 1970s talking about the advantages of wind power for electrical generation. Not sure where I put those though.

Jim , I have an elderly cousin that would like someone to take down a 70's large & tall windcharger tower & motor . She in in the UP Michigan , opposite side of the state from you
