Gear timing

Be carefull! This is the second time this has happened. This time it broke.

The main gears were out one tooth when i put the dempster 12a together. When i tried to turn it the connecting rod snapped! Same thing on my F&W somehow the gears came out of time. Nothing broke but it wouldnt turn and i had to take it all apart again on top of the tower which sucked. Pay attention Mike!

Dempsters are notorious for......putting the gears in backwards locks the entire mill up. Taking the big gears out on top of the tower is not foreign to me either...LOL That 'one tooth off" thing can be a real problem.
