Thomas, I had it sandblasted first. Then after I rebuilt it I primed it with rustoleum. Then I painted it with rustoleum as well, and it was hunter green. But I put about five coats on most of it.

Okay cool. Thanks for the info. I think I'll paint mine the same since that's close to the original color when I get to that point with it
