Penetrating oils compared.

Generally speaking, this area is for general discussion about windmills, in most cases.

WD 40 is not a lubricant. It's a moisture displacer. Leave overnight, and it dries up to nothing. It may lubricate temporarily, (fish oil) but does not last.
Call Dan Benjamin for parts. P M me for the phone number.

I use a spray on product called Gibbs. Best stuff I've ever tried. Lubricates and helps free up stuck things. I order it online at www.gibbsbrand.com

Seafoam deep creep is my go to store bought penetrating oil. I like that is also leaves behind an oily film for a while. Atf+acetone or gasoline as always a winner too
