JK Windmills
My husband Jim Koch founded JK Windmills in 1998. Many of you probably knew him. Sadly, he died in 2021. He left an extensive collection of mills in all states of restoration, as well as towers, parts, and pumps. I am now trying to figure out what is what and get some of them to homes where they can be spinning, as this would be his wish for sure. As I post pics of different mills, any help would be greatly appreciated. I am overwhelmed with windmills!
Re: JK Windmills
Welcome to the forum. My condolences on Jim’s passing.
Someone will be able to identify them and identify the parts for you.

Beth, Todd should be able to help you a lot. You have his number?
Call Dan Benjamin for parts. P M me for the phone number. IF YOU TALK TO HIM, AND HE HELPS YOU, THEN BUY FROM HIM. IT CREATES GOOD KARMA.

Yes sir. He oils and repairs the zephyr, steel star, and aermotor we have on the property. He’s been awesome. Figuring out what is here is a really big job though.

Welcome to the forum Beth. I was saddened when I heard of Jim's passing he was a good guy. He was very proud of his Rex windmill and couldn't wait to show it to me, as i couldn't wait to see it.
