ID on a windmill

Have a part you can't identify? Did your parts get mixed up in the shop? Curious if that chunk of metal is a part you should keep? Not sure what kind of windmill or tower you have? Post photos of the mystery object here for the community to help identify.

And it turns out the woodmanse is an 8ft, not 10ft

Will darn. I'm 90% sure my vane is for a 10ft. I'll try and dig it out today. Maybe it won't be to hard to find an 8 ft for the right price.

Appreciate it Wayne, oh well. Worst case I could always get the dimensions and make a copy tail. Won't be perfect but could get me by until I find an original.
